恆逸石化(000703.SZ)：文萊PMB石油化工項目全面投產
格隆匯11月3日丨恆逸石化(000703.SZ)公佈，公司控股子公司恆逸實業(文萊)有限公司在文萊達魯薩蘭國(Brunei Darussalam)大摩拉島(Pulau Muara Besar)投資建設“PMB石油化工項目”(“文萊煉化項目”)，經過全面調試、聯運和平穩運行，於11月3日實現工廠全流程打通和全面投產，順利產出汽油、柴油、航空煤油、PX、苯等產品，標誌着文萊煉化項目投料試車一次成功。目前文萊煉化項目生產運行穩定，所有生產產品合格，已進入商業運營階段，有望在較短時間內將負荷持續提升滿產。
文萊煉化項目的順利投產，不僅消除了海外項目建設期不確定性風險，而且項目自身優勢明顯，最長可享受24年的税收優惠政策；原油採購便利，成品油可在文萊當地消化以及就近銷往東南亞；公用工程和生產裝置成本優勢明顯，大幅降低單位生產成本；同時具有天然區位優勢，產銷兩端均有明顯運費節省。文萊煉化項目是公司實現產能國際化佈局，實踐中國“一帶一路”倡議的首個民營煉化項目，同時也是公司加快產能結構升級，實施聚酯化纖全產業鏈戰略發展的關鍵項目，推動中國石化技術標準走出國門，成為中國石化“走出去”的典範；也是文萊國內最大的實業投資項目，推動文萊實現油氣資源本地產業化的重大項目。同時，該項目投產後將完成公司資產的境內境外協同配置，真正實現公司“一滴油，兩根絲”的戰略目標，逐步形成國際聯動、上下協同發展的良好格局，公司經營業務將從現有中下游產業“PTA、聚酯長絲、聚酯短纖、聚酯瓶片、聚酯切片和CPL”延伸至更上游的“PX、苯和煉化”環節，率先在行業內實現從“原油煉化到滌錦雙鏈”的均衡發展模式，有利於公司產業、產品和資產的一體化、全球化和均衡化協同運營，有利於增強公司的持續盈利能力和抗風險能力，有利於進一步鞏固、提升和優化公司核心競爭力，促進股東利益的持續穩定增長，助力公司打造成全球綜合實力領先的石化企業。
