梁兆基:强调银行贷款未曾收缩
汇丰银行亚太区顾问梁兆基指,香港的经济复原能力迅速,加上外国投资者仍然对香港的法制、金融系统等有信心,故未见有流金流走的问题。
他预料未来的4至5年将有另一波的量化宽松政策,对香港或是全球都不是好事。
他指,最近本港负资产个案轻微增加,但涉及金额不算太大,而近期楼市已经稳定,加上全球息口向下,相信负资产情况很快会消失。本港楼市在低息环境下,波幅不如以前,即使本港的社会事件,港人觉得很严重,但对楼市的影响有限。
他又指,银行在支援中小企上,只要看到中小企仍然有前景,都会施以援手,协助他们过渡,强调银行贷款未曾收缩;政府亦有不同计划推出,例如与银行商讨「还息不还本」等,政府未来亦有更多协助中小企的计划推出。
