易華錄(300212.SZ)與京東雲簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯11月1日丨易華錄(300212.SZ)公佈，公司與京東雲計算有限公司(“京東雲”)於近日簽署了《戰略合作協議》，雙方將基於各自資源優勢，在數據湖、藍光存儲、雲計算、人工智能、物聯網、智慧城市等方面與對方及對方相關公司開展廣泛合作。
此次合作內容：1、雙方同意基於各自的業務需求與資源優勢，在藍光存儲、雲存儲、雲計算、人工智能、物聯網、智慧城市、音影視產業、產業園等方面全面深化戰略合作，建立密切的合作伙伴關係，充分調動上下游的產業資源，共同促進彼此的業務發展和價值創造。
2、雙方同意在易華錄優勢的數據湖、大交通、大安全、大健康等領域；京東雲優勢的雲計算、大數據、物聯網等領域開展深度合作。整合易華錄在基礎設施、交通、安全、健康等方面資源，京東雲在雲計算、大數據等方面優勢共同促進項目落地、建設和運營。
3、雙方同意在城市大腦、城市交通大腦、智慧城市等方面開展深度合作，易華錄提供城市大腦、城市大腦交通大腦、智慧城市解決方案，結合京東雲在智慧城市領域擁有的產品和服務，雙方在智慧城市相關領域開展緊密合作。
4、雙方同意在雲存儲、藍光存儲、數據備份、數據災備等存儲服務領域展開合作，易華錄提供基於藍光存儲的冷數據存儲能力，結合京東雲或其生態鏈上的資源的熱數據存儲能力，共同推動光磁電一體化智能存儲技術在存儲行業上的新理念、新產品，並共同開拓市場。
5、雙方同意發揮各自專業領域的技術能力優勢，共同承接國家項目，包括但不限於國家級項目建設、課題承接、標準制定。
6、易華錄發揮央企優勢，京東雲發揮在市場經營的優勢，共同推進雙方合作領域在政府、市場客户的市場推廣。

公司與京東雲的合作是數據湖戰略實施以來繼金山雲、聯通雲之後第三家即將開展具體業務合作的雲計算企業，標誌着易華錄數據湖生態模式不斷地被雲廠商所認可。此次合作，雙方將在各自擅長領域開展深入的業務對接，在數據湖、城市大腦、智慧城市大數據應用及解決方案等領域共同推進項目落地；在雲存儲、數據備份、數據災備領域，利用各自冷熱存儲技術優勢，共同運營開拓市場。
此次戰略合作協議的順利履行，預計將增強公司在數據湖、智慧城市領域建設項目的落地和服務能力。通過雙方合作開展雲存儲相關服務，將為數據湖生態開闢新的用户羣體，提升公司引流能力，豐富公司雲業務的運營經驗，同時也將基於京東集團良好的生態基礎，驗證C端數據服務的商業模式，為公司經營增加新的利潤增長點，貢獻長期穩定的現金流，逐步完善數據湖戰略生態閉環。
