格隆匯11月1日丨漢商集團(600774.SH)公佈,公司於2019年11月1日收到公司控股股東卓爾控股有限公司(“卓爾控股”)《關於漢商集團股份質押延期購回的通知》,卓爾控股質押展期約4538.96萬股,佔其所持股份比例100%,佔公司總股本比例20%。
卓爾控股及其一致行動人閻志目前合計持有公司股份約8964.43萬股,持股比例為39.50%。累計質押公司股份約4538.96萬股,佔其所持有公司股份的50.63%,佔公司總股本的20.00%。
