港股異動丨中國金茂漲逾4% 前三季上海金茂歸母純利同比增25.3%
格隆匯11月1日丨中國金茂(0817.HK)漲逾4%,報5.45港元,成交1.32億港元,總市值641億港元。中國金茂昨日公告稱,上海金茂截至2019年9月30日止9個月主要未經審核合併財務數據,歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤28.12億元,同比增長25.3%;毛利率40.69%。中金公司上週發佈報告稱,公司2019和2020年盈利增長可能部分依賴一次性收益,但從2021年起伴隨城市運營項目進入集中交付盈利質量將更趨紮實,且增速有望超過30%。截至2019年上半年末,公司平均融資成本為4.96%。標普、穆迪和惠譽均給予公司投資級評級,可見公司融資能力優異。該行表示,重申其“跑贏行業”評級,並將目標價上調5%至6.61港元。
