新維國際控股(08086.HK)延長收購S-Grill Management截止日期
格隆匯10月31日丨新維國際控股(08086.HK)公告,於2019年6月14日,公司(作為買方)與賣方全安投資有限公司訂立該協議,而賣方同意出售S-Grill Management Limited全部股份,代價為6000萬港元(可予下調),其中5000萬港元應以現金支付及餘額1000萬港元通過發行承兑票據支付。
由於條件獲達成需要額外時間,故訂約方於2019年10月31日書面協定將最後截止日期延長至2019年11月30日或可能書面協定有關其他日期。
