格隆匯10月31日丨漢嘉設計(300746.SZ)公佈,近日,公司(“承包人”)與杭州市拱墅區城市建設發展中心、杭州市拱墅區城中村改造指揮部上塘分指揮部、杭州上塘城市建設發展有限公司(“發包人”),以及藍城房地產建設管理集團有限公司(“代建人”)依照《中華人民共和國合同法》、《中華人民共和國建築法》、《中華人民共和國招標投標法》及相關法律、行政法規,遵循平等、自願、公平和誠信原則,合同雙方就大關單元GS0507-R21-01地塊八丈井東片安置房及GS0507-G1/S42-30地塊綠地兼社會停車場項目設計-採購-施工(EPC)總承包事宜經協商一致,簽訂了《建設項目工程總承包合同》。

工程名稱:大關單元GS0507-R21-01地塊八丈井東片安置房及GS0507-G1/S42-30地塊綠地兼社會停車場項目設計-採購-施工(EPC)總承包;項目經拱發改經信[2019]158號文件批准建設,項目總用地面積28609㎡(以實測為準),其中GS0507-R21-01地塊拆遷安置房用地面積23767㎡,GS0507-G1/S42-30地塊用地面積4842㎡。項目總建築面積117991㎡。項目位於拱墅區大關單元,上塘路以東,香積寺路以南,通信市場以北。工程承包範圍:本工程為設計·採購·施工(EPC)總承包工程,包含與該項目有關的所有建安工程相關的建設內容。工期總日曆天數:總工期1200天(設計工期60天(含前期),建設工期1020天,驗收、竣工備案120天),合同工期從合同簽訂之日起計算,其中建設工期自開工報告簽發之日起算,工期總日曆天數與根據前述計劃開竣工日期計算的工期天數不一致的,以工期總日曆天數為準。該合同價格約4.91億元,其中,設計費為約174.33萬元,建築安裝工程費為約4.55億元,總包管理費及其他費用為約725.12萬元,不可預見費為1429.74萬元(歸發包人所有、掌握和使用)。

該合同的總金額為約4.91億元,佔公司2018年經審計的營業收入9.45億元的比例為51.98%。項目實施預計將對公司2019年及以後年度經營業績產生積極影響。如項目順利實施,將進一步鞏固和提升公司在建築設計領域的市場競爭力,為後續市場開拓和項目承接打好基礎。該合同的履行不影響公司業務的獨立性,公司不會因為履行該合同對交易對方形成依賴。
