《大行报告》花旗升美高梅中国(02282.HK)目标价至15元 上季业绩胜预期
花旗发表报告表示,美高梅中国(02282.HK)今年第三季总收益录57.77亿元,按年升22%(按季升4%),物业EBITDA录15.49亿元,按年增长39%(按季升6%),分别略优於该行原预期54.98亿元及14.96亿元,主要受惠於中场(按年升39%及按季升8%),及受惠有利贵宾厅赢率。
该行估计,美高梅中国市占率提升110个基点至10.2%,为反映上季业绩表现,决定上调对其预测2019年至2021年纯利预测各2.1%、2.5%及3%,分别至22.79亿、28.16亿及35.26亿元。
花旗上调美高梅中国目标价,由14元升至15元,按综合方式作估值,指仍为该行濠赌股中首选,维持「买入」投资评级,指旗下美狮美高梅表现呈上升,料公司短期EBITDA增长或会为市场带来惊喜。
