IPO那點事（ID：ipopress）消息，雲南建投混凝土（01847.HK）首日掛牌，截至9時20分，跌20.83% ，報價 2.66港元，成交額2807.77萬 港元，最新市值 11.871 億港元。
雲南建投混凝土(01847.HK)公佈，全球發售1.34億股，其中香港發售4016.6萬股，國際發售9371.6萬股；發售價每股3.36港元；每手1,000股；預期10月31日上市。
公告稱，香港公開發售下初步可供認購總數為香港發售股份約18.46倍。國際發售下初步提呈發售的國際發售股份已獲適度超額認購。根據國際發售向承配人分配的發售股份最終數目為9371.6萬股發售股份，佔全球發售下發售股份總數約70%。基石投資者方面，中聯香港認購1338.8萬股及華潤水泥(香港)認購4016.4萬股。
雲南建投混凝土是一家預拌混凝土生產商。根據灼識諮詢報告，以2018年產量計算，是雲南省最大的預拌混凝土生產商，佔據雲南省14.9%的市場份額。以2018年產量計算，也是中國十大預拌混凝土生產商之一（排名第六）。
截至2016年—2018年12月31日止年度以及截至2019年4月30日止四個月，公司的期內利潤分別是195.8百萬元、219.1百萬元、179.4百萬元及36.1百萬元。
收入由2016年的2,404.6百萬元上升至2017年的3,112.1百萬元並進一步上升至2018年的3,357.1百萬元，複合年增長率約為18.2%，主要由於預拌混凝土銷量增加以及原材料中的水泥價格上漲導致預拌混凝土的平均價格上升所致。總收入由截至2018年4月30日止四個月的1,069.9百萬元減少12.3%至截至2019年4月30日止四個月的938.0百萬元，主要是由於預拌混凝土的銷量減少所致。
其中銷售預拌混凝土佔該公司收入的大部分，截至2016年—2018年12月31日止年度以及2019年截至4月40日止四個月，銷售預拌混凝土的收入分別為2374.6百萬元、3068.1百萬元、3294.3百萬元和914.4百萬元，分別佔同期總收入的98.8%、98.6%、98.1%和97.5%。
截至2016年、2017年及2018年12月31日止年度以及截至2019年4月30日止四個月，來自五大客户的銷售額收入分別佔總收益的約89.6%、90.4%、83.4%及78.6%。其中，來自最大客户雲南建投集團的銷售額收益分別約佔2016年、2017年、2018年及截至2019年4月30日止四個月總收益的81.4%、84.1%、73.3%及61.5%。
募資用途方面，該公司將收取的全球發售所得款項淨額估計約為3.6355億港元，集資所得的資金將用於新材料生產基地及項目攪拌站的建設，改善、整合及擴建現有的混凝土生產線，整合上游原材料資源，及一般營運。
