医思医疗(02138.HK)拟与德视佳(01846.HK)组合营拓眼科业务
香港医思医疗集团(02138.HK)公布,於10月30日,与德视佳(01846.HK)订立一份不构成具有约束力的备忘录,拟於香港成立一家合资公司发展眼科服务及相关业务。
根据备忘录,德视佳与医思医疗将探索共同发展中国大陆眼科业务并会於目前已有业务的广州及深圳启动;拟合资企业分别由德视佳集团与医思医疗集团持有50%和50%的权益等。
公司补充,拟合资企业的条款尚在磋商中,拟合作或预计不迟於今年12月31日前签署的实际协议可能会或可能不会进行。
