翠華控股(01314.HK)預計中期業績由盈轉虧
格隆匯10月30日丨翠華控股(01314.HK)公佈,公司預計截至2019年9月30日止6個月將錄得虧損,而2018年同期則錄得溢利14,470,000港元。虧損乃主要由於(i)在目前環境包括人民幣貶值、顧客消費意欲下降,以及自2019年6月中旬以來到訪旅客鋭減等多方面不明朗因素影響下導致經營收益顯着減少;及(ii)食材及人力成本等經營成本持續上漲導致佔收入比上升所致。現時該集團的財務狀況仍保持穩健,並有充足的手頭現金應付其業務所需。
