格隆匯10月30日丨建設銀行(601939.SH)發佈2019年第三季度報告，實現營業收入1781.64億元，同比增長11.03%；淨利潤716.74億元，同比增長6.36%；歸屬於本行股東的淨利潤711.54億元，同比增長6.07%；扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於本行股東的淨利潤711.46億元，同比增長6.05%；基本和稀釋每股收益0.28元。
前三季度，實現營業收入5396.35億元，同比增長7.66%；淨利潤2273.82億元，同比增長5.83%；歸屬於本行股東的淨利潤2253.44億元，同比增長5.25%；扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於本行股東的淨利潤2252.55億元，同比增長5.56%；基本和稀釋每股收益0.90元。
按照貸款五級分類劃分，不良貸款為2113.99億元，較上年末增加105.18億元。不良貸款率1.43%，較上年末下降0.03個百分點。撥備覆蓋率為218.28%，較上年末上升9.91個百分點。
2019年9月30日，考慮並行期規則後，集團按照《商業銀行資本管理辦法(試行)》計量的資本充足率17.30%，一級資本充足率14.50%，核心一級資本充足率13.96%，均滿足監管要求。
截至2019年9月30日止9個月，集團實現淨利潤2273.82億元，其中歸屬於本行股東的淨利潤2253.44億元，分別較上年同期增長5.83%和5.25%。年化平均資產回報率1.27%，年化加權平均淨資產收益率15.13%。
利息淨收入3795.22億元，較上年同期增長3.77%。淨利差為2.12%，淨利息收益率為2.27%，分別較上年同期下降0.09和0.07個百分點，與上半年持平。
手續費及佣金淨收入1089.68億元，較上年同期增長12.89%。其中，銀行卡、電子銀行、代理業務、託管及其他受託業務等產品發展良好，收入同比增長較快。
業務及管理費為1,180.85億元，較上年同期增加76.24億元。成本收入比較上年同期上升0.03個百分點至23.11%。
所得税費用507.42億元，較上年同期增加17.64億元。所得税實際税率為18.24%。
