新股發售獲544倍認購 中手遊或成港股年度“凍資王”
格隆匯10月30日丨中手遊(0302.HK)今日在香港聯交所網站披露新股發售相關信息顯示,在香港本地申購該股的資金達約716億港元,相當於本土發售計劃的544倍。這讓中手遊成為2019年至今港股IPO中凍結申購資金最多的公司。考慮到2019年僅剩兩個月,且年內已無其他知名企業IPO的計劃,中手遊有望成為2019年度港股IPO的“凍資王”。披露信息還顯示,中手遊將以最高區間價格每股2.83港元完成發售,共計發售4.6億股,總募資額達到13.1億港元。截止招股結束,中手遊共收到90125份認購申請,合計申購約251億股,相較於香港公開發售0.46億股的計劃,申請倍數達到了544倍。按照計劃,中手遊將於明天10月31日正式敲鐘掛牌交易。
