年內“最慘”新股誕生！渝農商行（601077.SH）首日即開板，為何是它？

信用申購以來，首隻上市第一天即開板的新股今天誕生！
這隻新股便是渝農商行。截至收盤，渝農商行報9.35元/股，漲27.04%。
信用申購以來首個上市第一天就開板新股誕生

自新股實施信用申購以來，從未出現過上市首日即開板的現象。不過，這一紀錄在今日被渝農商行打破。
早間開盤半小時後，今天掛牌上市的渝農商行便打開一字漲停板（注：即在達到首日漲幅上限後盤中開板）。
行情數據顯示，上午10:03分，股價已達10.60元（對應44.02%漲幅上限）的渝農商行突然開板，股價被打至10.58元，其後進一步快速滑落。
由此，渝農商行成為2016年信用申購制度實施以來，首個上市首日即開板的新股（注：由於科創板上市後的前5個交易日不設價格漲跌幅限制，這一統計不含科創板）。
據記者統計，新股信用申購制度實施以來，共發行了近900只新股，這些新股上市後普遍出現連續漲停走勢，平均連續一字漲停板數量近10個，其中23只新股上市後連續一字漲停板數量超過了20個（含），最多的甚至達到29個（如2016年11月7日上市的海天精工）。少的普遍也有一個以上（含）的一字漲停板，如今年上市的鴻合科技、寶丰能源等皆是這種情況。
渝農商行首日即開板，或與其較高的發行規模，以及其發行市盈率超過行業平均較多有一定關係。
渝農商行是一家註冊地在重慶的農商行，招股意向書顯示，其前身為重慶市農村信用社聯合社及重慶市轄區內 39 個區縣行社。後通過改制重組，經重慶市人民政府和中國銀監會批准，重慶農商行於 2008 年 6 月 27 日正式設立，於 2008 年 6 月 29 日正式掛牌開業，成為繼上海、北京之後全國第三家省級農村商業銀行。2010 年 12 月 16 日，渝農商行在香港 H 股上市，成為全國首家上市農村商業銀行、首家境外上市地方銀行、西部首家上市銀行。
最新的財務數據顯示，渝農商行今年前三季度實現營收199.91億元，同比小幅增長1.24%，實現歸母淨利潤86.28億元，同比增長17.62%。
從發行規模上，渝農商行發行13.57億股，能排進信用申購以來發行總數前十。網上發行9.9億股，預計募資近百億元，均排信用申購以來第六。
此外，渝農商行發行價為7.36元，對應的發行市盈率為9.26倍，同期中證指數有限公司發佈的渝農商行所屬的“貨幣金融服務行業”近一個月平均靜態市盈率為6.68倍。這意味着，渝農商行發行市盈率比行業平均市盈率高出近四成，這在一定程度遏制了二級市場的短期進一步上漲空間。

近期新股發行節奏總體較快，10月以來累計已有27只新股申購，合計已發行22.96億股，合計募資323.81億元，其中渝農商行不論是從發行股數，還是募資金額來看，都是10月以來規模最大的一隻。
據Wind數據，接下來新股發行仍然保持相對較快的節奏，其中預計11月7日和11月14日進行網上申購的郵儲銀行、浙商銀行發行規模較大，預計發行股數分別為51.72億股和25.5億股。
