衍生集團(06893.HK)預計中期業績扭虧為盈
格隆匯10月29日丨衍生集團(06893.HK)公佈,儘管集團的期內收入與2018年同期相比有所下降,預計截至2019年9月30日止中期將會錄得綜合淨溢利,對比2018年同期錄得綜合淨虧損約460萬港元。董事亦留意到2019年9月30日後直至公告日期為止零售業持續疲弱,並將繼續監察相關經濟狀況及不斷改變的形勢,當中包括成本壓力及本地經濟日益下行的壓力。期間綜合淨溢利是由於金融資產(上市的股本證券)產生屬於非現金會計核算的公平值虧損下跌約610萬港元及匯兑虧損下降約90萬港元所致。
另外,集團預期期內將會錄得全面支出有所下降,對比2018年同期錄得約1.25億港元。期內全面支出是由於股本投資(上市的股本證券)錄得屬於非現金會計核算的公平值虧損約9690萬港元所致。
