華邦金融(03638.HK)擬與兩家以色列保險公司設合營發展保險業務
格隆匯10月28日丨華邦金融(03638.HK)公佈，於2019年10月28日，就Ayalon Insurance及FinTLV擬參股合營公司的事宜，該公司已與Ayalon Insurance及FinTLV訂立有關的意向書，據此，該公司、Ayalon Insurance及FinTLV已同意將盡其最大努力議定Ayalon Insurance及FinTLV擬參股合營公司的條款及條件，並將其條款及條件訂立於華邦金融科技、Ayalon Insurance、FinTLV及MeiYe（統稱為合營方）之間的合營協議。
成立合營公司旨在為合營公司申請授權於香港經營採用全數碼分銷渠道的保險業務，並與合營夥伴共同發展其後所有潛在相關的保險業務，以及獲取可能合併及收購其他保險公司之投資機會。根據合營方之意向，合營公司的累計總投資額目標將達約120億港元，其中包括髮展保險業務及可能進行的合併及收購所需的資金。
據悉，Ayalon Insurance為Ayalon Holdings Limited的全資附屬公司。按銷售範圍計，該集團為以色列六大保險金融集團之一，主要從事人壽保險、長期儲蓄、健康保險及一般非壽險保險業務。Ayalon Insurance成立於1976年，該集團自1987年起在以色列特拉維夫證券交易所上市（股份代號：AYAL）。
FinTLV為一間以色列的保險科技公司。該公司主要為其全球的合作伙伴（包括行業領先的保險公司、再保險公司及金融企業）開發創新、新型保險及金融科技、解決方案以及開發新保險產品。該公司亦向發展創新、新型保險及金融科技之初創企業提供行業專業知識及金融投資。
董事會認為，通過Ayalon Insurance及FinTLV擬參股合營公司，合營方將可建立有利於彼此的可持續戰略合作關係，讓該集團得以進入保險業市場，在保險科技領域發掘業務發展、合作及投資機會。董事會認為合營公司的業務目標及業務範圍符合該公司的長期業務策略。
