聞泰科技(600745.SH)披露交易資產交割完成情況
格隆匯10月28日丨聞泰科技(600745.SH)披露發行股份及支付現金購買資產並募集配套資金暨關聯交易資產交割完成情況，此次交易涉及標的資產過户的標的企業包括合肥中聞金泰、小魅科技、合肥廣芯、合肥廣訊、合肥廣合、合肥廣騰、寧波廣優、寧波廣軒及北京中廣恆，其中：
1、根據合肥市工商行政管理局於2019年9月12日向合肥中聞金泰核發的《營業執照》以及合肥中聞金泰提供的最新公司章程等文件，雲南省城投、西藏風格、西藏富恆、鵬欣智澎、國聯集成電路、格力電器、智澤兆緯合計持有的合肥中聞金泰54.51%的股權過户登記至聞泰科技名下的工商手續已辦理完畢；
2、根據上海市普陀區市場監管局於2019年9月19日向小魅科技核發的《營業執照》以及小魅科技提供的最新公司章程等文件，合肥中聞金泰以其向小魅科技提供的借款12.84億元對小魅科技進行增資的工商手續已辦理完畢；
3、根據合肥市工商行政管理局於2019年10月15日向合肥廣芯核發的《營業執照》以及合肥廣芯提供的最新合夥協議等文件，建廣資產持有的合肥廣芯GP份額過户登記至小魅科技名下的工商手續已辦理完畢；
4、根據合肥市工商行政管理局於2019年10月15日向合肥廣訊核發的《營業執照》以及合肥廣訊提供的最新合夥協議等文件，建廣資產持有的合肥廣訊GP份額過户登記至小魅科技名下以及珠海融悦、上海矽胤持有的合肥廣訊LP份額過户登記至聞泰科技名下的工商手續已辦理完畢；
5、根據合肥市工商行政管理局於2019年10月15日向合肥廣合核發的《營業執照》以及合肥廣合提供的最新合夥協議等文件，建廣資產持有的合肥廣合GP份額過户登記至小魅科技名下以及京運通持有的合肥廣合LP份額過户登記至聞泰科技名下的工商手續已辦理完畢；
6、根據合肥市工商行政管理局於2019年10月15日向合肥廣騰核發的《營業執照》以及合肥廣騰提供的最新合夥協議等文件，建廣資產持有的合肥廣騰GP份額過户登記至小魅科技名下以及肇慶信銀持有的合肥廣騰LP份額過户登記至聞泰科技名下的工商手續已辦理完畢；
7、根據寧波市北侖區市場監督管理局於2019年10月22日向寧波廣優核發的《營業執照》以及寧波廣優提供的最新合夥協議等文件，建廣資產持有的寧波廣優GP份額過户登記至小魅科技名下以及德信盛弘持有的寧波廣優LP份額過户登記至聞泰科技名下的工商手續已辦理完畢；
8、根據寧波市北侖區市場監督管理局於2019年10月22日向寧波廣軒核發的《營業執照》以及寧波廣軒提供的最新合夥協議等文件，建廣資產持有的寧波廣軒GP份額過户登記至小魅科技名下以及寧波聖蓋柏持有的寧波廣軒LP份額過户登記至聞泰科技名下的工商手續已辦理完畢；
9、根據北京市工商行政管理局順義分局於2019年10月24日向北京中廣恆核發的《營業執照》以及北京中廣恆提供的最新合夥協議等文件，建廣資產持有的北京中廣恆GP份額過户登記至小魅科技名下以及謙石銘揚持有的北京中廣恆LP份額過户登記至聞泰科技名下的工商手續已辦理完畢。
截至公告披露日，上述標的資產過户手續已辦理完畢，公司合法持有上述標的資產。
