神州控股(00861.HK)與三星SDS及神州數碼簽署戰略合作諒解備忘錄
格隆匯10月28日丨神州控股(00861.HK)發佈公告，公司於2019年10月28日與三星信息技術服務(北京)有限公司(以下簡稱“三星SDS”)及神州數碼(000034.SZ)在北京簽訂有關在中國合作發展雲服務、智慧產業鏈、智慧城市及企業數字化轉型建設的諒解備忘錄。
根據該諒解備忘錄，三方將基於戰略協同性和長期以來良好的合作基礎及互信度，進一步明確和加強在雲計算、大數據、人工智能、物聯網等方面的技術合作，積極拓展包括智慧城市、智慧產業鏈在內的業務合作。三方將會通過資源互補、強強聯合，整合三方在平台、行業解決方案和新技術產品等方面的資源，打造數字化服務能力，共同致力於推動中國的數字化發展。
三方同意就三星SDS目前的物聯網、智慧產業鏈、人工智能、機器人流程自動化方案、雲計算、大數據、智慧農業相關的技術方案在中國市場進行落地，開展相關的技術和商務方案討論。新成立的創新中心將會創造新的應用場景、研發解決方案與成果展示;三方將會同時聚焦智慧產業鏈、智慧城市、企業數字化等重點領域，圍繞物聯網、人工智能、機器人流程自動化方案、雲計算、大數據、智慧農業等新技術及應用，結合三方現有技術與產品，積極開展技術交流、知識共享，利用中國場景，重點形成本地化聯合解決方案和平台產品。另外，三方將基於原有及聯合創新研發產品，共同制定市場營銷及實施計劃。
