東華軟件(002065.SZ)：發佈新一代醫院信息化建設綜合解決方案
格隆匯10月28日丨東華軟件(002065.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司東華醫為科技有限公司(“東華醫為”)於2019年10月25日在北京召開了主題為“開放•創新•蜕變”的“醫為二十年2019大健康IT高峯論壇”。公司20年來在大健康信息化領域砥礪深耕、踏實實踐，持續創新，不斷完善大健康IT產品生態。在此次論壇上東華醫為隆重發布新一代醫院信息系統“醫院綜合業務協同平台”。
醫院綜合業務運營平台(Hospital Comprehensive Business Operation Platform，簡稱“HCP”)，是公司基於20年來技術的積累，對行業的深度理解與實踐經驗，以業務、數據互聯互通為理念，結合醫院管理思想，在業界率先推出新一代醫院信息化建設綜合解決方案。HCP核心是從醫院管理目標出發重塑對醫院所有業務進行全場景、全閉環、全協同，治理所有業務和所有數據。HCP遵從“一張藍圖繪到底”的理念，從醫院組織機構、崗位、人員、職責及臨牀基礎數據的統一治理開始，全局梳理醫院的所有業務，解決目前信息化建設中存在的生產數據顆粒度不夠細、管理功能缺失、部分業務不閉環不可控的問題，從而根本上解決所謂的信息孤島問題、數據不準確問題、管理不深入不全面的問題。HCP緊密圍繞醫院戰略願景和管理目標，以業務流程優化為先導，基於業務治理開展數據治理，從而讓醫院管理者的思想全面融入信息系統並加以實現，最終實現醫院信息系統“流程權限可配置化、管理數據可視化、管理過程透明化、管理質量精細化、管理決策智能化”的目標。
