通達股份(002560.SZ)：董事長史萬福辭職 選舉馬紅菊為董事長
格隆匯10月28日丨通達股份(002560.SZ)公佈，公司董事會近日收到公司董事長史萬福提交的書面辭職報告，史萬福因個人原因辭去董事長、董事以及董事會下轄各專業委員會相應職務。辭職後，史萬福將不再擔任公司任何職務。
2019年10月27日，經公司董事會第十三次會議審議通過《關於選舉公司董事長和副董事長的議案》，公司董事會同意選舉馬紅菊為公司董事長、史家寶為公司副董事長，任期至第四屆董事會任期屆滿之日止。
根據《公司章程》規定，馬紅菊自當選為公司董事長之日起，為公司法定代表人。
公告顯示，馬紅菊：中國國籍，無永久境外居留權，1966年7月出生，大學學歷，高級經濟師。1991年至1994年任洛陽市偃師縣通達電料廠財務科長；1995年至2002年任洛陽市通達電纜廠財務科長；2002年3月至2007年12月，擔任河南通達電纜有限公司財務總監；2007年12月至2010年12月任河南通達電纜股份有限公司副董事長；2008年4月至2010年12月任河南通達電纜股份有限公司財務總監；2010年12月至2018年4月任公司副董事長、財務總監；2018年4月至今任公司副董事長。
馬紅菊曾於2005年被評為“偃師市經濟發展女能人”，2006年被評為“雙學雙比女能手”、“三八紅旗手”，2007年被評為“偃師市首屆十佳女傑”，2008年被洛陽市評為“巾幗科技致富女狀元”並當選為河南省婦女第十一次代表大會代表，2009年被評為洛陽市“三八紅旗手”並當選為洛陽市婦女第十二次代表大會代表，2013年當選為河南省第十一屆政協委員。
馬紅菊直接持有公司7404.7488萬股股票，佔公司總股本的16.68%，其與史萬福系夫妻關係，共同為公司實際控制人，兩人合計直接持有公司約1.8286億股股票，佔公司總股本的41.20%，其與除控股股東史萬福、董事史家寶外的公司其他董事、監事、高級管理人員、持有公司百分之五以上股份的股東不存在關聯關係。
