陽泉煤業(600348.SH)控股股東解除質押7150萬股
格隆匯10月25日丨陽泉煤業(600348.SH)公佈,公司控股股東陽煤集團於2019年10月22日將其質押給華夏銀行股份有限公司太原分行的公司無限售流通股7150萬股(佔公司總股本的2.97%)解除質押,並在中國證券登記結算有限責任公司辦理了解除質押登記手續。
截止本公告披露日,陽煤集團持有公司股份14.03億股,佔公司總股本的58.34%。本次解除質押後,陽煤集團質押其持有的公司股份總數為6.3億股,佔其所持公司股份總數的44.9%,佔公司總股本的26.2%。
