亚势备份(08290.HK)预期前三季业绩盈转亏 亏损不超150万港元
格隆汇10月25日丨亚势备份(08290.HK)公布,集团预期于截至2019年9月30日止9个月录得不超过150万港元的亏损净额,而于2018年同期则录得纯利。
董事会认为由盈利转为亏损主要由于旧版Ahsay™备份软件—第六版的软件使用权于2018年末停止使用导致客户租赁所产生的收益减少;较少客户大量采购引致使用权销售的收益减少;菲律宾扩张新办公室而增加员工人数导致员工成本增加;经营开支增加,主要为法律及专业费用、广告及市场营销开支及无形资产摊销的增加;及为了於韩国的未来发展,新收购且目前正处於投资阶段的附属公司带来亏损。
