华夏健康产业(01143.HK)遭申索2,000万元 正寻求法律意见
华夏健康产业(01143.HK)公布,公司於2019年10月21日接获原告人Bright Mark Enterprises Limited透过香港高等法院原讼法庭对公司发出的传讯令状,向公司提出申索金额2,000万元,相当於融资协议项下的贷款本金,外加利息及费用。
鉴於诉讼程序处於初步阶段,董事会认为目前评估其对公司的潜在影响不切实际,且集团维持正常经营活动。
公司正就法律诉讼程序寻求法律意见,将会於适当时间就法律诉讼程序相关的任何重大发展另行公告。
