滔搏(06110.HK)公佈上市後首份財報 中期經調整純利增長25.1%並派息7.44億元
格隆匯10月23日丨滔搏(06110.HK)公佈，截至2019年8月31日止6個月，公司收入169.58億元人民幣，同比增長12.4%；毛利74億元，同比增長%；經營利潤20.92億元，同比增長17.7%；公司擁有人應占溢利14.71億元，同比增長21.2%；每股基本盈利0.2791元，中期股息每股12.00分，合共派息人民幣7.44億元。
收入增長主要是由於公司的門店業績進一步提升及直營門店毛銷售面積增加。
期間該集團取得經調整公司權益持有人應占利潤人民幣1,535.0百萬元，較去年同期增長25.1%。經調整公司權益持有人應占利潤乃經加回上市開支人民幣50.7百萬元（上年同期:零）及企業合併產生無形資產攤銷（扣除遞延税項）人民幣13.4百萬元（上年同期:人民幣13.4百萬元）的影響而調整。
於回顧期間，該集團的毛利率43.7%，較上年同期的42.8%增長0.9個百分點。於回顧期間，經營產生的現金淨額由上年同期的人民幣1,824.4百萬元，增長人民幣666.4百萬元至截至2019年8月31日止6個月的人民幣2,490.8百萬元。
公司稱，在過去的一段時間內，公司進行了積極的零售網絡梳理與優化工作、適時關閉低產和虧損店鋪，與2019年2月28日相比2020年2月29日止財年上半年零售網點僅淨增加了22家，毛銷售面積增長5.2%。目前該項梳理優化工作已告尾聲，公司藉此鞏固了公司的零售網絡優勢。未來，在審慎開設新店鋪的同時，公司將繼續主動改造升級經驗證明具備更高銷售潛力的門店，以打造更佳的門店服務與體驗。
公司在過去的六個月裏，通過持續豐富公司的會員福利，進一步深化與消費者的互動，累計註冊會員數及購物活躍會員數同時穩步提升。截止於2019年8月31日，公司的累計註冊會員數達到了21.2百萬人，在截止於2019年5月31日和8月31日的季度中，購物活躍會員數分別為5.1百萬人和5.9百萬人。公司的會員計劃持續擴張不僅有助於公司在更多維度上、以及更大範圍內服務公司的消費者，同時也使公司不斷加深對於消費者的瞭解。
此外，在2020年2月29日止財年上半年，公司加快自身數字化轉型的步伐，堅持在業務運營中全方面推進科技賦能舉措的深化工作，不斷藉助新技術工具與手段提升公司的運營效率並加深公司的消費者與市場洞見。例如，利用移動工具包賦能我們的一線員工，使得他們可以更快速地進行幾乎實時的業務調整，為他們減負增效、幫助他們專注於服務我們的消費者；同時，我們繼續在部分零售網絡門店中試點推行我們以門店為基礎的線上社羣，不斷加深公司的線上線下消費者互動的深入整合，並積極探索如何發揮提升公司單體門店的服務能力、超越門店的物理邊界持續觸達服務我們的消費者。
未來展望：公司的發展舉措主要包括加快我們的數字化轉型；拓展並持續升級公司的門店網絡；推動數字和實體消費者互動的深入整合；擴大公司的品牌供應，並深化與品牌夥伴的合作。
