粵水電(002060.SZ)擬斥不超7850萬元租賃4台Ф6680盾構施工設備
格隆匯10月23日丨粵水電(002060.SZ)公佈，公司與廣東華隧建設集團股份有限公司(“華隧集團”)、中國鐵建股份有限公司、中鐵十九局集團有限公司組成的聯合體(華隧集團為聯合體牽頭方，其餘公司為聯合體成員方)中標廣州市軌道交通十四號線二期工程項目，合同金額約43.49億元，其中公司負責的工程施工金額約18.68億元，盾構施工區間總長9735.64m，計劃投入6台(套)Ф6680mm盾構施工設備進行施工。其中,新市墟站-馬務站-創意園站-鶴南站盾構區間長7268.64m，計劃投入4台(套)Ф6680mm盾構施工設備進行施工;樂嘉路站～崗貝站盾構區間盾構施工區間長2467m，計劃投入2台(套)Ф6680mm盾構施工設備進行施工。為完成施工任務、提高施工能力，公司擬先以不超過7850萬元的自有資金租賃4台(套)Ф6680mm土壓平衡盾構施工設備用於新市墟站-馬務站-創意園站-鶴南站盾構區間施工。
公司承接的廣州市軌道交通十四號線二期工程項目，新市墟站-馬務站-創意園站-鶴南站，盾構施工區間長7268.64m，計劃投入4台(套)Ф6680mm盾構施工設備進行施工。目前公司無Ф6680mm土壓平衡盾構施工設備。根據公司目前盾構設備的實際及未來軌道交通盾構工程施工情況，經市場詢價，公司擬以單價不超過1.08萬元/米，總價不超過7850萬元的自有資金租賃4台(套)Ф6680mm土壓平衡盾構施工設備，包括配套系統設備的供貨及相關服務，用於廣州市軌道交通十四號線二期工程項目新市墟站-馬務站-創意園站-鶴南站的盾構施工。
公司租賃4台(套)Ф6680mm 土壓平衡盾構施工設備是為了完成廣州市軌道交通十四號線二期工程項目施工任務，有利於提高公司工程施工能力，提升市場競爭力，減少固定資產投資率，有效規避設備閒置風險。
