城發環境(000885.SZ)中標宜陽縣生活垃圾焚燒發電項目並完成項目公司工商註冊
格隆匯10月23日丨城發環境(000885.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年10月22日收到控股子公司城發環保能源(宜陽)有限公司發來的《中標通知書》及《營業執照》掃描件，確認：1.中標宜陽縣生活垃圾焚燒發電項目(招標編號：宜陽政採招標【2019】0037號)，中標生活垃圾處理服務費價格為74元/噸。2.項目公司城發環保能源(宜陽)有限公司已經設立完畢並完成工商登記手續。
宜陽縣生活垃圾焚燒發電項目擬選址在宜陽縣規劃靜脈產業園內；項目總規模為900t/d，分兩期建設，一期規模600t/d，採用2×300t/d的焚燒線，年運行時間不少於333天；預留二期用地，暫不建設，二期建設根據項目服務區域生活垃圾增長情況擇機適時實施。
一期工程總投資約3.6億元，其中，建築工程費約1.2億元，設備購置費約1.3億元，安裝工程費4724萬元，其他費用5195萬元，基本預備費1048萬元。考慮建設期利息1301萬元，該工程動態投資為約3.73億元。項目資本金比例不低於30%。合作期限30年(含2年建設期)。
該項目採用BOT(建設—運營—移交)模式運作，通過公開招標擇優確定符合條件的投資人，中標投資人成立項目公司，項目公司與採購人簽訂《特許經營協議》，項目公司在合同期限內承擔該項目的投融資、建設、運營、移交等職責。
項目總投資約3.6億元，公司作為中標人，順利實施該項目將對公司經營業績產生積極影響。
該項目項目公司已經設立，於2019年10月22日完成工商登記手續並取得宜陽縣市場監督管理局頒發的《營業執照》。公司名稱：城發環保能源(宜陽)有限公司；經營範圍：城鄉垃圾焚燒處理；垃圾發電；銷售電、灰渣、蒸汽、熱水；垃圾滲濾液處理；污水綜合處理；中水利用；餐廚垃圾處理；污泥處理；建築垃圾和工業廢棄物資源化利用；垃圾中轉站；垃圾運輸；垃圾分揀；垃圾清掃；道路普通貨物運輸；垃圾處理技術的研究、諮詢和服務，以上經營範圍凡需審批的，未獲批前不得經營(以工商登記為準)，涉及許可經營項目，應取得相關部門許可後方可經營(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
