大和:重申潤地(1109.HK)“買入”評級 目標價38.1港元
大和總研發表研究報告指,潤地(1109.HK)以先舊後新方式配售2億股,配售價每股33.65港元,集資淨額約67.2億港元,料加強其兩個核心業務,包括土地收購及部署內地商場發展。該行重申其“買入”投資評級,目標價維持38.1港元。
大和表示,將潤地2019-2021年的每股盈利預測下調0-2%,但資產淨值(NAV)維持大致不變。大和又指,股份配售能讓潤地增加在內地的土地儲備機會,而只有擁有更完善的物業投資,才能為潤地帶來長期的持續盈利增長。
