港铁(00066.HK)黄竹坑站第四期物业项目今日(23日)下午两时截标。现场所见,最少两间发展商入标,包括长实集团(01113.HK)表示独资入标,以及鹰君(00041.HK)。
项目早前共收到38份意向书,其属於纯住宅发展,位於车站东南面,旁边是2017年由平安不动产夥拍路劲(01098.HK)投得的第一期。项目可建住宅楼面约63.8万平方尺,预计供应最多800个单位,2025年落成,早前市场估值介乎105亿至128亿元。
