格隆匯10月22日丨迦南科技(300412.SZ)公佈，為滿足公司生物製劑用水設備及製藥配液系統工程業務和智慧物流業務板塊日益增長的訂單需求，加快實現公司規模經濟，突破產能瓶頸，充分發揮公司資源集聚優勢，進一步增強公司綜合競爭能力和盈利能力。公司旗下控股子公司上海凱賢流體科技有限公司(“上海凱賢”)和雲南迦南飛奇科技有限公司(“迦南飛奇”)分別擬在南京市高淳區設立全資子公司凱賢製藥設備(南京)有限公司(“南京凱賢”)和南京奇雲智能科技有限公司(“南京奇雲”)。
凱賢製藥設備(南京)有限公司經營範圍：製藥設備、包裝機械、食品機械、化工機械的研發、生產、銷售、維修、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術轉讓；工程技術與設計服務；工業設計服務；自動化控制系統、集成電路、信息系統的研發、銷售、運行維護、技術諮詢及轉讓；淨化設備研發、生產、銷售、安裝與維護；淨化工程的設計、施工；新能源的技術研發、技術諮詢與服務及相關產品生產、銷售、安裝、運行維護；流體設備安裝工程、機電設備安裝建設工程專業施工；機械設備、五金產品及電子產品批發；貨物或技術進出口(國家禁止或涉及行政審批的貨物和技術進出口除外)；壓力容器、壓力管道的製造、銷售、安裝、改造、維修。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)；註冊資本：1,000萬元整。
南京奇雲智能科技有限公司經營範圍：從事物聯網、大數據、物流科技領域內的技術研發、技術諮詢、技術服務；智能化物流系統、快遞智能物流分揀系統、智能工廠、智能化立體倉庫系統、智能化立體車庫系統、智能化生產線系統的銷售、安裝、調試、維護及系統集成；計算機軟硬件銷售；物流供應鏈規劃與設計；機電設備、計算機軟硬件設備、電氣機械設備及配件銷售、安裝與維護；貨物或技術進出口(國家禁止或涉及行政審批的貨物和技術進出口除外)；電氣設備、機械設備、環保設備、智能化物流系統設備及配件的製造及加工。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)；註冊資本：1,000萬元整。
