中金:維持六福(0590.HK)“中性”評級 香港零售環境疲弱
中金髮布報告稱,六福集團(00590.HK)公佈FY2020年2季度2019年7-9月運營數據:自營店同店銷售同比下降37%(FY2020年1季度同比下降10%);內地區、港澳地區均大幅下跌,主要因為FY2019年2季度基數較高、 金價穩健、香港零售環境疲弱。
十月前兩週,由於遊客人數降幅擴大,香港同店銷售進一步下降。為了節約成本,六福集團採取了自然流失和通過談判削減租金的方法。內地地區同店銷售則環比有所改善。
該行表示,維持“中性”評級,將目標價下調至21.19港元。
