格隆匯10月21日丨索通發展(603612.SH)公佈,發行人公開發行9.45億元可轉換公司債券已獲得中國證券監督管理委員會證監許可〔2019〕1553號文核准。
本次公開發行可轉換公司債券將向發行人原股東優先配售,優先配售後餘額部分(含原股東放棄優先配售部分)採用網下對機構投資者配售和網上通過上海證券交易所交易系統向社會公眾投資者發售的方式進行。
網上路演時間為2019年10月23日(星期三)15:00-17:00
