辰欣藥業(603367.SH)：股東乾鼎減持期因誤操增持 獲利65.80萬元
格隆匯10月21日丨辰欣藥業(603367.SH)公佈，公司持股5%以上股東乾鼎於2019年1月28日至2019年7月16日按照減持計劃通過大宗交易方式和集中競價交易方式累計賣出其上市前取得的股票760.7萬股，成交價格區間為12.73-19.13元/股，減持數量佔總股本比例為1.68%，累計減持總金額1.23億元。乾鼎於2019年8月21至2019年8月23日按照減持計劃通過集中競價交易方式減持上市前取得的公司股票273.38萬股，減持價格區間為15.11-15.914元/股，減持數量佔總股本比例為0.60%，累計減持總金額4248.01萬元。
2019年2月20日，乾鼎在減持公司股份操作時，誤將“賣出”指令操作成“買入”，買入公司股票3.8萬股，買入均價15.953元/股，成交金額606,217.25元。2019年8月26日，乾鼎在減持公司股份操作時，誤將“賣出”指令操作成“買入”，買入公司股票13.3萬股，買入均價15.424元/股，成交金額205.1336萬元。
兩次買入操作皆因乾鼎工作人員買賣方向操作失誤，將本應賣出的股份誤操作為買入。經公司瞭解從未有營利目的和賺取差價動機。
根據《證券法》第47條及《上海證券交易所股票上市規則》的相關規定，乾鼎兩次因誤操作買入公司股票的行為構成短線交易，短線交易所得收益歸上市公司所有。乾鼎於2019年1月28日至2019年8月26日期間買入公司股份合計17.1萬股，成交金額合計為265.76萬元，以2019年1月28日至2019年8月26日期間的最高賣出價19.13元/股和最低買入價15.282元/股作為參考，計算所得收益為(19.13元/股-15.282元/股)×171,000股=658,008元，即65.80萬元。上述所得收益65.80萬元作為本次短線交易的獲利金額，將全數上交公司所有。
