捷順科技(002609.SZ)：募投項目“智慧停車及社會社區運營服務平台項目”建設期延長一年
格隆匯10月21日丨捷順科技(002609.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年10月18日召開第五屆董事會第三次會議和第五屆監事會第三次會議，審議通過了《關於募集資金投資項目延期的議案》。根據公司募集資金投資項目“智慧停車及社會社區運營服務平台項目”的實施進度、實際建設情況，為了保證募集資金投資項目的實施質量，經謹慎研究，公司董事會同意公司在募集資金投資項目實施主體、投資用途及規模均不發生變更的前提下，將募集資金投資項目建設期延長一年至2020年10月31日。
公司結合目前募集資金投資項目的實際進展情況，在項目實施主體、投資用途及投資規模都不發生變更的情況下，將募集資金投資項目“智慧停車及社會社區運營服務平台項目”的建設期延長一年至2020年10月31日。
在項目建設期內，外部經營和市場競爭環境不斷變化，智慧停車行業經歷了互聯網浪潮，行業逐漸歸於理性。近幾年公司持續實施戰略轉型，公司構建了基於智慧停車完整的產業鏈條，並致力於智慧停車解決方案提供商、生態建設及綜合運營服務商。為了實現智慧停車業務規模化發展，公司採取積極靈活的市場策略，推出了分期付款商業模式，一是緩解和降低了車場管理方進行停車管理系統升級改造資金壓力，二是客户通過與管理方綁定合作提升與客户的黏性，為後續開展持續的智慧停車運營業務提供堅實基礎。分期付款商業模式有助於降低公司對智慧停車場聯網改造的投資強度，因此，公司在進行停車場聯網建設上實際投入的募集資金低於預期投入金額，該部分募集資金使用進度與預期計劃出現不一致。
公司結合募集資金投資項目的實際建設情況和投資進度，為使募集資金投資項目的實施更符合公司長期發展戰略的要求，有效提升募集資金的使用效果與募集資金投資項目的實施質量，降低募集資金的使用風險，公司經審慎研究，決定將該募集資金投資項目建設期延長一年。
