格林美(002340.SZ)：與韓國浦項市政府和ECOPRO公司簽署電池梯次利用及循環再生項目推進備忘錄
格隆匯10月21日丨格林美(002340.SZ)宣佈，為推進公司和韓國浦項市、韓國ECOPRO株式會社在新能源汽車電池梯次利用及循環再生領域的戰略合作，公司與浦項市政府、ECOPRO於2019年10月21日就新能源汽車電池梯次利用及循環再生項目推進簽署了諒解備忘錄。
備忘錄的核心內容為：1、公司與ECOPRO在2020年成立與新能源汽車電池梯次利用及循環再生項目相關的合資企業，雙方在浦項地區內確保與項目相關的土地，並依次推進工廠及相關設施投資建設；2、浦項市提供公司與ECOPRO推進項目所需要的土地，並積極給予解決各種審批許可等行政和財政事宜的支持；3、公司與ECOPRO在遵守大韓民國法令及相關規定的前提下積極推進本項目，盡最大努力促進浦項市地區就業與經濟發展。
ECOPRO是全球最重要的高鎳NCA正極材料生產企業之一，也是三星SDI的高鎳NCA三元材料外部核心供應商。公司是全球核心的鋰離子電池原料及三元前驅體材料生產企業，擁有從廢電池、廢棄鎳鈷資源再製造到鋰離子電池原料與三元材料的完整產業鏈，公司在廢舊電池資源化與循環再造三元動力材料領域擁有行業領先的技術。
依據此次與浦項市政府、ECOPRO簽署的諒解備忘錄，公司與ECOPRO將在浦項市建立與新能源汽車電池梯次利用及循環再生項目相關的合資企業，並得到了韓國政府的政策支持，這有利於推動公司與ECOPRO以及韓國政府在動力電池梯次利用及循環再生領域的戰略合作，強化公司“電池回收—原料再造—材料再造—電池包再造”的新能源全生命週期價值鏈循環產業體系建設。
此外，有助於公司開拓韓國動力電池回收市場，有助於夯實公司與ECOPRO以及韓國新能源行業的戰略合作關係，有助於穩定公司三元前驅體材料在韓國市場的核心供應地位，提高公司新能源產業鏈的全球核心競爭力與盈利能力，提升公司在新能源汽車動力電池回收利用領域的核心地位，助推公司成為世界退役動力電池包梯級利用的領軍企業。
