中國聯通(00762.HK)首三季EBITDA達731.45億元 同比上升10.4%
格隆匯10月21日丨中國聯通(00762.HK)發佈2019年首三季度主要財務及運營數據，2019年首三季度，集團整體服務收入為人民幣1985.32億元，比去年同期下降0.7%，跌幅較今年上半年的-1.1%有所緩和；產業互聯網業務收入為人民幣242.91億元，同比上升40.8%；EBITDA為人民幣731.45億元，比去年同期上升10.4%；公司權益持有者應占盈利為人民幣98.23億元，比去年同期上升11.9%。
2019年首三季度，面對行業發展的新挑戰，集團深化實施聚焦創新合作戰略，加快互聯網化運營轉型，縱深推進混改，創新業務持續快速增長，支撐整體服務收入基本保持穩定。得益於良好的成本管控，2019年首三季度集團的淨利潤持續顯著提升。
受提速降費、市場飽和、激烈市場競爭以及4G流量紅利逐步消退的影響，2019年首三季度移動服務收入比去年同期下降6.1%至人民幣1,177.33億元，移動出賬用户ARPU為人民幣40.6元。公司逐步發揮LTE900MHz4G網絡的深度覆蓋和農村區域廣覆蓋優勢，聚焦產品、渠道和營銷加大力度推動互聯網化運營轉型，嚴控用户發展成本及超低資費套餐，堅持差異化經營，努力避免簡單價格戰。2019年首三季度，移動出賬用户淨增969萬户，達到3.25億户；其中4G用户淨增3,122萬户，達到2.51億户。
集團以“大視頻、大融合、大帶寬”積極應對寬帶市場的激烈競爭挑戰，打造寬帶2I2H、2B2H營銷新模式，提升營銷能力。2019年首三季度，固網寬帶用户淨增357萬户，達到8,445萬户，固網寬帶接入收入為人民幣309.59億元。在創新業務領域，集團加快雲計算、大數據、物聯網等重點創新業務的能力培養和規模拓展，不斷強化機制創新，加快創新人才隊伍建設和激勵分配改革，以“雲+智慧網絡+智慧應用”融合經營模式，拉動創新業務實現持續快速突破。2019年首三季度，產業互聯網業務收入為人民幣242.91億元，比去年同期上升40.8%。得益於創新業務快速增長拉動，固網服務收入達到人民幣788.63億元，比去年同期上升7.7%。整體服務收入為人民幣1,985.32億元，比去年同期下降0.7%，跌幅較今年上半年的1.1%有所緩和。
2019年9月，集團與中國電信簽署合作協議，在全國範圍內合作共建一張5G接入網絡，集團認為，與中國電信進行5G網絡共建共享合作，特別是雙方連續的5G頻率共享，有助於降低未來5G網絡建設和運維成本，高效實現5G網絡覆蓋，快速形成5G服務能力，增強5G網絡和服務的市場競爭力，提升網絡效益和資產運營效率，達成雙方的互利共贏。
