上海電力(600021.SH)1-9月完成合並口徑發電量363.90億千瓦時 同比降0.74%
格隆匯10月18日丨上海電力(600021.SH)公佈，根據公司統計，2019年1-9月，公司完成合並口徑發電量363.90億千瓦時(含調試電量)，同比下降0.74%，其中煤電完成265.31億千瓦時，同比下降8.53%，氣電完成43.32億千瓦時，同比上升16.76%，風電完成32.23億千瓦時，同比上升41.54%，光伏發電完成23.04億千瓦時，同比上升37.98%；上網電量345.58億千瓦時，同比減少1.24%；上網電價均價(含税)0.49元/千瓦時，同比增加0.02元/千瓦時。
2019年1-9月，公司市場交易結算電量149.14億千瓦時，同比增長33.69%。其中直供交易電量(雙邊、平台競價)117.64億千瓦時，同比增長30.16%；短期交易9.29億千瓦時，同比增長311.94%；跨省區交易電量和發電權交易(合同替代、轉讓)等22.22億千瓦時(其中發電權轉出6.91億千瓦時)，同比增長17.43%。
公司發電量下降的主要原因是上海用電量同比下降，而區外來電同比上升，導致上海本地煤電機組發電量下降明顯。
(注：由於公司2018年12月收購了公司控股股東國家電力投資集團有限公司持有的國家電投集團浙江新能源有限公司100%股權，2019年9月收購了公司控股股東國家電力投資集團有限公司持有的上海長興島熱電有限責任公司100%股權和鹽城熱電有限責任公司47.30%股權，涉及同一控制下的企業合併，公司對去年同期的發電量、上網電量等進行了追溯調整。)
2019年第三季度，公司新增控股裝機容量8.83萬千瓦。其中：前灘分佈式供能項目投產0.64萬千瓦，東至風電投產2.94萬千瓦，江蘇鹽城響水大有風電場投產0.22萬千瓦，蘭溪佳而美電站擴容項目0.13萬千瓦，賢庠勞倫斯電站擴容項目0.005千瓦，安吉長虹電站擴容項目0.01萬千瓦，通天星光伏電站擴容項目0.01萬千瓦。收購上海長興島熱電有限公司新增裝機2.475萬千瓦(包括：長興島熱電2.4萬千瓦，長興島熱電自發自用光伏0.03萬千瓦，崇明學校光伏0.045萬千瓦)，收購鹽城熱電有限責任公司新增裝機2.4萬千瓦。
截至2019年9月底，公司控股裝機容量為1537.49萬千瓦，清潔能源佔裝機規模的44.53%，其中：煤電852.80萬千瓦、佔比55.47%，氣電239.82萬千瓦、佔比15.60%，風電205.23萬千瓦、佔比13.35%，光伏發電239.64萬千瓦、佔比15.58%。
