青山紙業(600103.SH):深圳恆寶通擬1900萬令吉組建馬來西亞合資公司 建設光電產品生產製造基地
格隆匯10月18日丨青山紙業(600103.SH)公佈,公司控股子公司深圳市恆寶通光電子股份有限公司(以下簡稱“深圳恆寶通”)為響應國家“一帶一路”戰略佈局,落實深圳恆寶通“將光電產業做大做強做優”的經營發展戰略,深化子公司國際客户的戰略合作關係,進一步拓展海外市場,提升國際影響力,深圳恆寶通擬在馬來西亞與馬來西亞張仕國企業有限公司(以下簡稱“S.K.Tiong”)共同出資成立恆寶通光電子(馬來西亞)有限公司(以下簡稱“合資公司”),建設光電產品生產製造基地。
合資公司註冊資本為1900萬令吉(約合人民幣3230萬元),其中子公司深圳恆寶通以現金方式出資1710萬令吉(約合人民幣2907萬元),持有合資公司90%股權,為控股股東。
