蘇大維格(300331.SZ)子公司獲得江蘇省科技成果轉化專項資金扶持
格隆匯10月18日丨蘇大維格(300331.SZ)公佈，近日，公司全資子公司常州華日升反光材料有限公司（“華日升”）、控股子公司蘇州維業達觸控科技有限公司（維業達）收到江蘇省財政廳、江蘇省科學技術廳《關於下達2019年省科技成果轉化專項資金的通知》（蘇財教[2019]104號]），公司全資子公司華日升申報的產業核心技術創新（A類）項目“高逆反射微稜鏡柔性反光膜的研發及產業化”、控股子公司維業達申報的省地聯合招標（B類）項目“高透光高導電性的柔性納米透明導電薄膜研發及產業化”，獲得江蘇省2019年省級科技成果轉化專項資金扶持。其中華日升“高逆反射微稜鏡柔性反光膜的研發及產業化”項目獲專項扶持資金總計人民幣1200萬元，其中省級撥款資助人民幣1100萬元，貼息人民幣100萬元；維業達“高透光高導電性的柔性納米透明導電薄膜研發及產業化”項目獲省級撥款資助人民幣300萬元，地方資助經費人民幣300萬元。
上述經費採取分年度撥款。公司將嚴格按照《江蘇省科技成果轉化專項資金項目管理辦法（試行）》（蘇科技規[2018]353號）及各項有關規定，根據項目申報書等文件確定的目標任務、階段監督檢查目標和進度安排，認真落實各項保障措施，抓緊項目實施。同時加強項目管理，實行項目資金專賬管理，規範項目經費核算，確保專款專用，按期完成項目。
此次公司子公司獲得江蘇省科技成果轉化專項資金項目立項和資金資助，充分顯示了公司紮實的研發基礎，有利於促進公司在反光材料與觸控領域相關技術的不斷創新升級。目前，子公司華日升“微稜鏡型反光材料產業化項目”已實現批量出貨，產品初步投放市場並取得良好的市場反饋；維業達“高性能柔性觸控屏及模組和研發中心”項目正在加緊籌備中。公司將依託上述扶持項目繼續加強相關領域的研發和產業化工作，保持產品技術的領先地位，進一步增強公司在相關業務領域的核心競爭力與盈利能力。
截至公告日，公司尚未收到上述款項。
