中盈集團控股(00766.HK)預期中期除税後淨溢利或除税後虧損大幅減少
格隆匯10月18日丨中盈集團控股(00766.HK)公佈,集團預期截至2018年9月30日止六個月錄得除税後淨溢利或除税後虧損大幅減少,而截至2018年9月30日止六個月錄得的淨虧損約6110萬港元。
董事會認為預期的除税後淨溢利或除税後虧損的大幅減少主要是由於集團預期不會錄得於先前期間商譽的減值虧損、其他無形資產的減值虧損及提早贖回可換股債券的虧損;集團預期該期間錄得與先前期間相比的業務改善;及由人民幣於期間貶值而導致的預期匯兑虧損所部分抵銷。
