美利雲(000815.SZ)與中衞衞健委簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯10月18日丨美利雲(000815.SZ)公佈，近日，公司與寧夏回族自治區中衞市衞生健康委員會(“中衞衞健委”)簽署了《戰略合作協議》。《戰略合作協議》所涉及的具體合作事項需另行簽訂相關正式合作協議，並履行相關的審議程序。
框架協議主要內容(甲方：寧夏回族自治區中衞市衞生健康委員會;乙方：中冶美利雲產業投資股份有限公司):
合作內容:1.甲乙雙方共同探索建設智能藥學服務平台(藥學前置審核)，結合醫院信息系統，運用人工智能進行大數據分析，做到實時事中審方，自動分析問題處方、識別疑似處方，並實時反饋給醫生和藥師。通過語義分析、自我學習、數據分析和可靠的知識庫體系，醫院藥學體系能夠滿足藥師所需的腎小球過濾率自動輔助計算、智能提取勝利生化診斷數據並設置危急值、結合診斷指南及專家共識用以輔助參考、歷史處方回顧並做分析研究等，實現全流程管理、全體系關注、智能提醒。
2、甲乙雙方共同探索搭建雙向分級轉診協同平台，在市縣鄉區域醫療一體化的情境下，實現與分級診療系統的業務協同、數據互聯互通與共享、轉診信息全程可追溯監管。將雙向轉診分級診療推向深度業務應用領域，在診療過程中，實現業務閉環，將衞生管理部門、社保、醫院、患者的數據互通、提高轉診就醫便利性和羣眾滿意度。
3、甲乙雙方共同探索建設醫院藥品配送平台，在區域醫療一體化、互聯網+醫療場景下，對接互聯網與藥品招標採購平台及各醫院信息系統對接，實現藥品耗材及供應商的統一管理和信用管理，實現藥品耗材質量溯源和採購、配送及到最終患者使用的全流程安全電子監管。
公司與中衞衞健委簽署的《戰略合作協議》旨在發揮雙方優勢，共同發展，實現合作共贏，符合公司的戰略發展規劃。
目前尚無法預測此次合作對公司未來各會計年度財務狀況、經營業績的影響，如此次合作事項能順利展開，有利於公司數據中心業務的開展，為公司未來發展帶來積極影響。
