大連電瓷(002606.SZ)子公司預中標3.26億元國家電網採購項目
格隆匯10月18日丨大連電瓷(002606.SZ)公佈，2019年10月17日，國家電網有限公司通過其電子商務平台發佈了“國家電網有限公司2019年雅中~江西特高壓工程線路材料招標採購推薦的中標候選人公示”(“公示一”)、“國家電網有限公司2019年長治站電廠1000kV送出配套工程線路材料招標採購推薦的中標候選人公示”(“公示二”)、“國家電網有限公司輸變電項目2019年第五次線路裝置性材料招標採購推薦的中標候選人公示”(“公示三”)和“國家電網有限公司輸變電項目2019年第五次變電設備(含電纜)招標採購推薦的中標候選人公示”(“公示四”)。公司的全資子公司大連電瓷集團輸變電材料有限公司(“大瓷材料”)為推薦中標候選人。
根據公示一，大瓷材料為國家電網有限公司2019年雅中~江西特高壓工程線路材料招標採購～絕緣子包11和包13的推薦中標候選人，預中標瓷絕緣子68萬餘隻,預中標金額約2.78億元。
根據公示二，大瓷材料為國家電網有限公司2019年長治站電廠1000kV送出配套工程線路材料招標採購～絕緣子包2的推薦中標候選人，預中標瓷絕緣子5800餘隻,預中標金額約125萬元。
根據公示三，大瓷材料為國家電網有限公司輸變電項目2019年第五次線路裝置性材料招標採購～絕緣子包7和包8的推薦中標候選人，預中標瓷絕緣子20萬餘隻,預中標金額約4400萬元。
根據公示四，大瓷材料為國家電網有限公司輸變電項目2019年第五次變電設備(含電纜)招標採購～避雷器及支柱絕緣子包21的推薦中標候選人，預中標支柱絕緣子60餘柱，預中標金額約306萬元。
以上項目預中標金額合計約為3.26億元，佔公司2018年營業總收入的54.03%。
公司與國家電網有限公司之間不存在關聯關係，上述項目中標不會影響公司業務的獨立性，中標項目的合同履行將對公司經營業績產生積極影響。
