大和:重申九倉(0004.HK)“買入”評級 目標價36.5港元
大和總研發表研究報告指,九倉(0004.HK)的股價自7月開始下跌是反應過度,相信當市場情緒穩定後,其股價或有130-300%的反彈。該行重申其“買入”投資評級,目標價36.5港元。
大和表示,九倉在香港的資產佔比不高,重整後資產基本傾向中國內地,而香港資產亦不再與零售行業有關,認為現時九倉的資產不會受香港現時的經濟及社會狀況而影響。該行又指,九倉在東九龍有兩個地產項目尚未確定土地溢價,如果市場普遍存在不確定性,香港政府願意接受較低地價,九倉會成為受益者。
