中國鐵塔(00788.HK)前三季純利升97.5%至38.73億元
格隆匯10月18日丨中國鐵塔(00788.HK)披露2019年首三季度未經審核的主要運營數據。2019年以來，集團持續深化共享發展理念，積極落實“一體兩翼”發展戰略，整體經營穩步推進。創新建設服務模式，推進與行業共享共贏發展，經濟高效地滿足運營商客户移動網絡覆蓋需求，運營商業務持續穩健發展。充分依託資源優勢，聚焦高質量發展，跨行業業務保持快速健康增長。積極謀劃、多措並舉培育佈局能源的社會化經營。截至2019年9月30日，集團管理的塔類站址達到197.4萬個，塔類租户達到316.5萬户，較上年末淨增18.7萬户。塔類站均租户為1.60户，站址共享水平持續提升。
2019年首三季度，集團整體經營業績保持穩健。營業收入累計實現人民幣570.41億元，較上年同期增長6.3%，其中塔類業務收入實現人民幣536.36億元，較上年同期增長4.1%；室分業務收入實現人民幣19.24億元，較上年同期增長45.2%；跨行業業務收入實現13.55億元，較上年同期增長100.7%。非塔類業務收入佔營業收入比重由去年同期的3.9%提升到6.0%，收入結構持續優化。集團持續強化精益管理和高效運營，提升盈利能力水平。主要受採納國際財務報告準則第16號的影響，EBITDA為人民幣417.74億元，EBITDA率為73.2%，如假設未採納國際財務報告準則第16號，可比口徑EBITDA率為58.1%。2019年首三季度，歸屬於公司所有者利潤為人民幣38.73億元，較上年同期增長97.5%。
