券商股跳水後現反彈 分析人士:股權質押新規影響不大
券商股一度在臨近午盤時跳水,華林證券、紅塔證券一度逼近跌停,但午後又出現快速反彈,跌幅明顯收窄。財政部官網今日發佈《金融企業財務規則(徵求意見稿)》,其中明確規定,金融企業出資人不得質押限售期內的金融企業股權,質押融資不得用於股權收購,對於一定比例股權質押進行股東權利限制,確保公司治理結構穩定。有分析人士稱,意見稿中的股權質押新規實際上對券商營收影響不大,反而是對靠質押融資的上市公司影響比較大,尤其是創業板公司,融資渠道規整。目前,創業板指大跌2.5%,跌幅明顯超過滬指和深證成指。
