快意電梯(002774.SZ)半年度業績盈轉虧至635.15萬元
格隆匯8月26日丨快意電梯(002774.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入3.03億元，同比下降12.14%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損635.15萬元，上年同期盈利1301.73萬元；基本每股虧損0.0190元。
報告期內，受各種因素影響，我國電梯行業新梯業務增速放緩，市場競爭日趨激烈，電梯生產企業面臨着較大的經營壓力。電梯銷售價格的下調，導致電梯行業的利潤空間進一步壓縮，電梯行業發展面臨着嚴峻的挑戰。但隨着市場競爭的加劇，部分中小型電梯製造企業因不具備成本規模及技術優勢將逐步被市場淘汰，有利於擁有自主品牌、具有一定市場地位的電梯製造企業的發展，將進一步提高市場份額。公司不斷優化綜合管理能力，同時，通過堅持以客户為導向的經營策略，強化內部管理，提高產品品質，為公司發展戰略的實現而積極努力。
雖然國內電梯市場的增速放緩，但隨着我國城鎮化、工業化進程的持續推進，國內新梯市場需求仍將保持增長；同時隨着國務院主導推動舊樓加裝電梯，及多個省市地區的《老舊住宅小區加裝電梯工作實施方案》推出，舊樓加裝電梯業務和以安裝、保養、維修、改造為代表的後市場業務將成為電梯企業業務又一增長點。
公司在一季度銷量及利潤下滑明顯，但在二季度有所回升。
公司堅持自主研發、自主品牌的發展道路，持續對電梯、扶梯和自動人行道產品進行優化升級，同時加大新產品的研發力度及持續優化改進核心零部件的技術。報告期內公司取得了5000kg、1m ATLAS-WT5無機房載貨電梯和5000kg、1m FPA-WT5無機房汽車電梯等的型式試驗證書和報告，完成了中分雙摺隔熱耐火層門（EI120)、中分大視窗玻璃隔熱耐火層門（E120）和三款電梯人機界面開發等的試製，公司堅持自主研發、自主品牌的發展道路，持續對電梯、扶梯和自動人行道產品進行優化升級，同時加大新產品的研發力度及持續優化改進核心零部件的技術。報告期內公司取得了5000kg、1m ATLAS-WT5無機房載貨電梯和5000kg、1m FPA-WT5無機房汽車電梯等的型式試驗證書和報告，完成了中分雙摺隔熱耐火層門（EI120)、中分大視窗玻璃隔熱耐火層門（E120）和三款電梯人機界面開發等的試製，完成了加裝電梯研發等的相關方案制定。
