格隆匯8月26日丨天奧電子(002935.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約3.31億元，同比增長2.20%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約2918.90萬元，同比增長7.39%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約2426.48萬元，同比下降3.20%；基本每股收益0.1824元。
報告期內，公司堅持“服務國家時頻體系建設、提升行業自主保障能力”的宗旨，秉承“技術領先、產業報國”的發展理念，以技術創新驅動時間頻率和北斗衞星應用產業發展，打造具有核心技術優勢的“器件—部件—設備—系統”協調發展的產業基地，努力使公司成為世界一流的時間頻率優秀企業。
1、公司圍繞主業，拓展軍民應用領域
公司不斷拓展時間頻率產品在航空航天、衞星導航、國防裝備、通信等軍民用領域的應用，努力擴大市場份額。2019年上半年，公司實現營業收入約3.31億元，較上年同期增長2.20%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2918.90萬元，較上年同期增長7.39%，保持了持續穩定增長。
2、公司加強技術創新，提升核心競爭力
截至2019年6月30日，公司已獲授權專利76項，其中發明專利42項。2019年1-6月，公司研發投入3,140.78萬元，同比增長40.70%，佔營業收入比例超過9.50%，主要投向時頻核心器/部件、頻率組件及設備等重點產品和時頻應用前沿技術研究。公司積極引進設計人才，加強團隊培養，7月在北京設立設備與系統第二事業部，開展時頻關鍵技術研發，不斷髮展形成領先競爭對手的差異化競爭優勢。
公司加快技術改造，提高新產品、新技術和新設備的開發應用能力，完善和加強技術研發部門各項軟硬件配備，不斷提高公司的技術創新能力。在現有產品的基礎上，加快新產品開發速度，加速產品的更新升級，進一步鞏固公司時間頻率產品在國內的領先優勢。
公司積極推進管理創新，提升管理水平，推動公司激勵機制變革，加大對優秀人才的引進力度以及對傑出貢獻員工的激勵措施，優化績效管理，提高員工積極性，為公司取得良好業績提供了保障。公司持續推進精益管理，不斷提升公司管理能力、運營效率。
