安居寶(300155.SZ)發佈半年報 淨利潤升80.52%至2937.43萬元
格隆匯8月26日丨安居寶(300155.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約3.52億元，同比增長6.98%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約2937.43萬元，同比增長80.52%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤約2284.25萬元，同比增長64.52%；基本每股收益0.0541元。
報告期內，公司實現總銷售收入約3.52億元，同比增長6.98%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東淨利潤2937.43萬元，同比增長80.52%。報告期內，公司簽訂各類銷售合同合計金額約6.11億元,同比增長19.27%。
1、樓宇對講、智能家居業務
報告期內，公司充分利用現有的營銷服務網絡，積極開拓市場，銷售樓宇對講產品67.14萬套，實現銷售收入約1.92億元，同比增加6.69%。
報告期內，公司簽訂“安居小寶”銷售合同約7189萬元，同比增長23.92%；銷售智能家居系統8.02萬套，實現銷售收入6287.19萬元，同比增長69.44%。報告期內，公司樓宇對講及智能家居市場佔有率約為32.78%，同比上升6.64%。
2、停車場業務發展情況
2019年上半年，公司停車場系統及道閘廣告業務實現銷售收入2150.58萬元，同比下降33.60%，主要原因是報告期訂單量同比下降。
3、監控系統集成業務
報告期內，公司監控系統集成監控系統集成項目簽訂銷售合同約1.06億元，同比增長218.61%；實現銷售收入3789.84萬元，同比增長5.34%。
4、液晶顯示屏業務
報告期內，公司液晶顯示屏實現銷售收入2805.75萬元，同比下降27.26%，主要原因是市場競爭激烈，外部訂單量下降。
5、研發方面報告期內,公司研發投入4124.18萬元，同比增加11.62%，累計擁有專利權201項，其中19項為發明專利、102項為實用新型專利、80項為外觀專利，累計擁有軟件著作權66項
