格隆匯8月25日丨易聯眾(300096.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入2.67億元，同比增長3.96%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損1580.23萬元，同比收窄23.21%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損2377.11萬元，同比收窄8.57%；基本每股虧損0.0367元。
2019年上半年，公司圍繞“醫療保障、衞生健康、人力資源和社會保障”為核心的民生信息化相關業務領域，積極佈局，以大數據為驅動，有序開展醫療保障、健康醫療、民生服務、產業金融等各項工作，加大創新業務、加快合作交流，拓展公司品牌，取得了階段性成果。
醫療保障業務方面，公司繼續夯實福建省內業務市場，積極部署開拓福建省外業務市場。省內市場方面，公司持續推進以“三保合一”為核心的福建全省醫療保障信息系統的開發、實施與維護，推進系統的進一步優化和完善，由傳統信息化系統建設模式轉變為系統整體運維模式，基於福建省醫療保障大數據中心建設合作協議在監管和控費上開展基於大數據技術的應用，同時結合公司業務積累和市場需求，配合開創了控費類、信用評價類和商保類應用，包括醫療臨牀服務行為監管系統、基金反欺詐風控系統、醫保稽查系統、DRGs收付費系統、醫療保障信用評價系統、個賬統一管理平台等創新型產品。推進福建省城鄉居民養老和醫療保險村級便民信息化平台項目、福建省醫保系統設備和集成項目等，中標莆田智慧醫保公共服務平台項目。省外市場方面，安徽蚌埠市三保合一項目已正式上線；中標陝西省榆林市醫療保險服務中心採購基本醫療保險醫療服務智能監控系統建設項目；推進廣東汕頭醫保項目的建設。
健康醫療業務方面，圍繞大健康、大醫療、大數據發展戰略，公司在健康醫療領域逐步形成以醫療健康信息化為主的“醫、藥、保、健、養”產業佈局架構。2019年上半年健康醫療業務加速增長，已佔據公司收入來源的重要位置。在健康醫療信息化領域，公司憑藉紮根多年的行業積累，持續擴大綜合優勢，逐步優化市場規劃和產品升級，同時，公司圍繞“互聯網+”的創新應用不斷髮力。
