天成自控(603085.SH)上半年營收大增86.22%至7.56億元
格隆匯8月25日丨天成自控(603085.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入7.56億元，同比增長86.22%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3105.1萬元，同比增長3.47%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2447.43萬元，同比增長2.76%；基本每股收益0.11元。
2019年上半年，航空座椅和工程機械座椅市場需求穩定增長，乘用車及商用車座椅的市場需求出現下滑。公司管理層緊緊圍繞年初制定的經營計劃，在航空座椅、乘用車座椅兩大領域持續發力，營業收入快速增長。報告期內，公司實現主營業務收入7.56億元，同比增長86.22%。
航空座椅業務在2019年上半年實現銷售收入2.43億元，佔報告期公司總收入的32.1%，是公司收入增長的主要推動因素。2019年5月，Acro Aircraft Seating Ltd在上海建設的航空座椅生產線獲得CAA生產組織批准，在國內生產的準備工作按計劃推進。報告期內，產品交付能力提升，產銷量增加，未來將繼續通過加大零部件的國內採購比例降低生產成本，提升盈利能力。
乘用車座椅業務方面，鄭州工廠主要供應上汽鄭州工廠的榮威i5車型，上半年實現銷售收入1.64億元；南京工廠在公司對乘用車座椅產能總體佈局調整之後也已形成批量供貨能力，對上汽南京工廠的榮威i6批量供貨，報告期內實現銷售收入3286.98萬元；寧德工廠的EX21項目較計劃進度推遲，項目時間進度尚存在一定的不確定性。下半年乘用車業務將繼續圍繞上汽乘用車的主力車型，不斷提升產品開發能力和生產管理水平，進一步拓展市場，提升業績。
工程機械座椅業務報告期內實現銷售收入1.47億元，同比增長8.32%；受國內汽車銷售下滑影響，報告期內，公司商用車座椅實現銷售收入1.27億元，同比下降23.78%。下半年，公司繼續加大與現有重點客户戰略合作，積極拓展新客户、新項目，努力實現工程機械及商用車業務業績的穩步提升。
此外，2019年上半年公司的兒童安全座椅旗艦店在天貓平台正式上線銷售，在千元以上的中高端市場，天成品牌兒童座椅在天貓母嬰類目的月銷售表現已處於行業TOP10之內；公司自行研製的360°旋轉王系列行業首個同時取歐洲ECE-R-44認證、iSIZE認證和中國3C認證；多項創新設計，獲得了中國白玉蘭設計大獎。業務拓展方面，目前已於法國、西班牙、波蘭等兒童用品領域內國際性知名品牌開展良好的合作。2019年9月，兒童座椅天成母嬰旗艦店在京東平台將正式上線銷售，屆時天貓、京東兩大平台旗艦店的銷售相輔相成、相互促進；計劃參加9月份德國國際嬰童用品展，正式面向國際市場參與合作與競爭；同時，受國際知名客户委託，雙方將共同合作開發一款符合新歐標iSIZE的高端兒童安全座椅，並簽定銷售合作協議。
