格隆匯8月25日丨吉視傳媒(601929.SH)披露2019年半年度報告，公司實現營業收入9.43億元，同比減少1.70%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤9898.36萬元，同比減少25.21%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤8667.25萬元，同比減少25.26%；基本每股收益0.0318元。
報告期內，公司全網覆蓋户數863.73萬户，其中，城網覆蓋户數580.76萬户，農網覆蓋户數282.96萬户，雙向覆蓋用户828.22萬户。集團客户專網業務運營良好，公司累計向省內400餘家企事業單位提供社會信息化服務和專網接入服務，涵蓋了政府機關、金融保險行業等多個領域，樹立了公司良好的品牌服務影響力。
1．創新視訊產品模式。報告期內，公司有序推進新一代雲平台上線工作。新平台採用互聯網思維，結合視頻網站及業內先進設計形態，可實現全網產品界面統一、海量存儲、千人千面、用户分組等業務需求，有助於驅動公司精細化運營，打造以電視機大屏為核心的廣電"智慧家庭"生態業務鏈。同時，公司推出自主拍攝"健身雲課堂"、"網紅教練教你做瑜伽"、"國際象棋雲課堂"以及"2019我想對你説"等視頻徵集活動，在推出自主版權節目及視頻徵集推送業務領域做出探索，取得一定的社會反響。
2.提升網絡運行質量。在基礎網絡運行方面。公司緊緊圍繞新中國成立70週年廣播電視網絡安全保障工作這一重大任務，開展了吉林省範圍內安全大檢查工作，從安全生產責任、安全保障制度、技術系統、信息系統安全、應急預案等方面進行了全面的自檢自查，對各個環節進行了全面排查與隱患整改，確保全省有線電視網絡安全穩定運行。在數據網絡運行方面。積極發展IDC熱點網站鏡像等內容資源，同時全面提升寬帶用户感知，科學調度IDC內容資源，精準優化網絡路由，以周為單位分析用户訪問行為，對分公司上報故障實施實時路徑優化。在寬帶出口方面。公司堅持"異地交叉、多點接入"的原則，着力改善寬帶用户體驗。
3.保障系統平台安全。建立健全VOD及OTT業務系統巡檢制度和寬帶質量反饋機制；優化VOD後台管理系統數據庫算法，提高計算效率，提升突發承擔能力；優化ERM數據查詢時間及頻次，提高系統穩定性；加強督導檢查，排查安全隱患，強化系統網絡監控措施，加強系統設備巡檢，防患於未然。
